Football is at the heart  of so many communities in Merseyside ,  so I was delighted to support the launch of the Four Clubs, One Goal campaign launched by independent charity Crimestoppers working with Liverpool F.C, Everton F.C, Tranmere Rovers and Marine F.C to promote anonymous reporting and tackle knife crime and violence on our streets. The recent spate of LGBT+ attacks in our region is appalling and goes against everything we stand for in this region. It will not be tolerated.
