I am absolutely thrilled to announce the launch of the new Victim Care Merseyside hub – a team of real people on hand to make a real difference if you’ve been affected by crime.
This dedicated, specially trained team has been created to act as a single point of contact for all victims of crime on Merseyside, providing free, confidential, non-judgemental advice and emotional and practical support. No matter when the incident happened, or whether it was reported to the police or not.
Victims of crime are some of the most vulnerable members of our community and I am committed to ensuring they get the right support, in the right way, at the right time.
