You said, we did! Women across our region told me the place they feel most unsafe is on public transport at night, and the biggest factor in increasing their feelings of safety would be more uniformed police. So, as part of our Safer Streets Liverpool campaign, we’re increasing high-visibility patrols at peak times at transport hubs and on key bus routes into and out of the city centre to prevent sexual violence and reassure women and girls.
